For the third movement of Tokyo Concerto, FLIGHTGRAF explored the theme of Technology and the Future, portraying the dynamic energy of Tokyo and its endless capacity for evolution.

Inspired by the city's defining infrastructure—including expressways, rail networks, and towering skyscrapers—the work deconstructs and reconstructs these urban elements like pieces of a puzzle, gradually transforming them into new visions of the metropolis. Tokyo is envisioned as a living organism, constantly evolving, while the architecture itself becomes a dynamic canvas in perpetual transformation.

Drawing inspiration from cyberpunk aesthetics, the projection mapping takes full advantage of the unique geometry of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, creating a three-dimensional visual experience that seamlessly integrates with its monumental façade. Multilingual AI-generated voices and techno-inspired soundscapes further evoke a future city where technology transcends borders, connecting people through a shared experience.

Rather than serving only as a tool for urban development, technology is presented as a force that creates new relationships—between people, and between people and the city itself. This work is a visual concerto expressing hope for that future.
