LOOP – Full project details
15.06.26
– Philosophy –
LOOP is the result of eight years of development, driven by a fundamental question: can a work truly be called artistic expression if it is assembled from off-the-shelf components? From the very beginning, we committed to building everything ourselves — because true authorship means understanding every element of your work.
– A New Category of Kinetic Light –
Most professional kinetic light systems — from rigging-based installations to motorised truss systems — are designed exclusively for indoor use, suspended from overhead structures. Taking them outdoors requires extensive rigging, weatherproofing, and setup costs that make them impractical for open public spaces. LOOP occupies a space that has not previously existed: a ground-based, self-standing kinetic light sculpture that is weatherproof, wireless, and precision-controlled — deployable in locations where traditional kinetic systems cannot go. No truss. No rigging. No roof required.
A historic plaza, a beachfront, a national park, a city square — LOOP is designed to work anywhere people gather.
*LOOP’s mechanical structure is protected by a registered patent in Japan.
– Sound & Layout –
The original soundtrack is not accompaniment. It is the invisible architecture of the work: not something that follows the movement, but the movement itself, expressed in sound.
LOOP adapts to any space. Units can be arranged in a circular, grid, or linear formation — the layout is decided on-site, shaped by the environment and the story the space wants to tell.
– Built to Travel. Built to Last. –
Designed from day one to travel. Modular, wireless, and fully repairable — four units pack into a single carry-on case. LOOP is built to reach audiences anywhere in the world.
Every component is replaceable at part level. There is no waste in LOOP’s lifecycle — only parts that are repaired, reused, and carried forward. The cases are designed for repeated international use, across continents and seasons, leaving as little behind as possible.

– LOOP is an artwork, not a product –
It is not available for sale or equipment rental.
We welcome collaboration with curators, festivals, and artists who share our vision.
If you’d like to present LOOP, we’d love to hear from you.
